KYOU-DOKO is a communication app that allows you to enjoy more of what’s happening right now along the Odakyu Line and become more connected with the local area.
This app connects restaurants and other establishments with their regular customers by delivering the latest news to them clearly and concisely, something that food-related apps up until now have not been able to do.
Basic Functions
◆See what’s happening in town right now on KYOU-DOKO
・You can find the latest information from restaurants and locals on KYOU-DOKO, which will help you find places that you want to go to and learn more about what’s happening locally.
・KYOU-DOKO prioritizes users in the vicinity. This app is designed to make it easier for these users to participate in events.
Thanks to this app, you’ll discover events and places that are just a little bit outside of your usual area that you wouldn’t have noticed before.
◆Follow Locals and Business Owners
・In the Locals menu you will find a list of people that share information about what they are doing. Follow the locals that share information that you’re interested in.
・When you follow a local, you can also see the information that they have shared on KYOU-DOKO in the past.
◆Become a Regular Customer and Chat with the Staff!
・If you stop by an establishment several times, then you will be considered a regular. When you become a regular, you can gain access to a private message board for regular customers only where you can chat freely within the community.
・On the message board for regular customers, you will receive special information from the owner about new menu items that they want you to try and events exclusively for regulars.
App Usage
・If you allow the app to access your location, then all of the functions are available. Use the app in areas where you can get a good signal.
・iBeacon function usage is possible, but in order to use iBeacon you must grant the app permission to use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and your location.
